I love juice.
All sorts of it.
Especially orange or tangerine juice in the morning.
Back in Mexico I used to drink it religiously as part of my breakfast. Then I read that by juicing oranges + tangerines I was getting rid of most of the benefits of the fruit (mostly, the fiber) and intaking a pump of fructose into my system, which has a quicker effect on fat gain.
So I tried blending the whole fruit (seeds and all).
Then I read some say juicing is better to absorb the nutrients and it also rests your digestive system from working on the fiber. It also can reduce your risk of certain diseases and help in weight loss.
I don’t really know where I stand on this debate. What do you think is better? Blending or juicing?
